19 year old Atlanta rapper Sahbabii is looking like the next artist to blow from his city. With his single “Pull Up Wit Ah Stick” taking off, the rapper’s buzz has been growing and has allowed him to form connections with Young Thug, Metro Boomin, and even Drake. Before Sahbabii fully breaks out as a star, we decide to give you 5 facts that you probably didn’t know about him. Check them out below.

He’s originally from Chicago.

In 2005 the rapper first went to Atlanta to visit his uncle. He ended up moving to the city in 2010 when he was 13 years old, spending his middle school and high school life in the city.

He enjoys watching cartoons.

Sahbabii spends his free time away from music watching anime like Naruto, Spongebob, and 80s movies.

He isn’t a devil worshiper.

His “666” movement stands for black people. He says that it stands for 6 Protons, 6 Electrons, 6 Neutrons, the carbon makeup of melanin; not devil worshiping.

He has more than 13 record labels courting him.

Sahbabii first started rapping in 2010, but he didn’t start taking rap serious until 2014. Still unsigned, the amount of labels courting him is only going to grow.

Drake is remixing “Pull Up Wit Ah Stick.”

After meeting Drake at a concert in London, the Toronto rapper told Sahbabii that he will be adding a verse of his own to the Atlanta rapper’s hit single. This is an interesting turn of events considering Sahbabii didn’t even like the song that much to begin with.
